WOD: 3-6-13

Skill: Double Unders

Warm Up: Work on Pistols (10 unbroken on left leg, and then the right leg),

If you can get that, work on Overhead Pistols

WOD L1: 6 rounds for time of:

15 Cal Row
10 Burpees
30 Double Unders

Rest 1 minute after each round

WOD L2: 6 rounds for time of:

20 Cal Row
10 Double Pump Burpees
30 Double Unders

Rest 1 minute after each round

Even if we have underwater spelunking as the first workout of the Opens (like the dream I just had told me we would), I am still confident that everyone at Reebok CrossFit Back Bay would do fantastic.  Hopefully it doesn’t come to that, but we shall see tonight at 8 PM.  Check the games website at that exact time so that you and 100,000 other people can figure out what they will be stressing about for the rest of the week.  Whatever comes out as the WOD, everyone will surely do fantastic.  Let the games begin…
